Subject :: Very good
Just smoked my first don kiki toro.
had it in the humi for about 6 weeks before trying it.
the cigar is well made, has a nice aroma and draws smooth. It burned evenly and consistantly.
the taste was creamy and smooth. Nothing harsh or bitter. Unusual flavor, different. Kinda like and r&j.
slow burn with thick smoke.
i liked it a lot and will be buying more of these in the future.

Subject :: Beautiful
I was intrigued by the name and tried a bundle of these. I have been pleasantly surprised. These cigars are medium bodied with a very mature and well rounded flavor. The wrapper is very pretty and the construction is very good. The filler is not as tight as i like, but for the money these babies definately satisfy. Great flavor!

Subject :: One of kiki's best
Kiki's been releasing so many new cigars in the past few months, it would be very easy to dismiss the new brown labels as just another bundled cigar that didn't merit the expense of a box.
that would be a serious mistake.
the don kiki limited reserve brown label may be the best cigar kiki has ever made for the experienced cigar smoker. The person who is looking for both power and complexity of flavor. It is certainly not for the casual cigar smoker. The aged sun grown criollo wrapper over the corojo binder provides a real "kick in the pants," even for a cigar veteran.
after a couple of days rest to stabilize, the draw was spot on perfect, indicating this cigar was neither under nor overfilled. For those that rate the roll by the length of ash, you can expect a solid two inches of razor sharp burn before the ash drops.
i think these are as good a value in the cigar marketplace as you'll find. If you like full bodied cigars, i'd stock up before these are nothing but a memory.
Subject :: Great
I am very happy with these. I got 2 boxes on a cuban crafter email special. I consider myself an intermediate smoker. I have been buying over the internet for about 3 years now and i must say that i am very impressed with cuban crafters. They offer greats smokes at awsome prices. I am no expert, but i must say that i very much enjoyed the first i smoked from this order. It is now out of stock. Boy! Am i glad i got 2 boxes.

Maker: Don kiki -

size: 6x52 -
construction: Med-high quality -
1st draw: Medium, smooth, muted spice, nicaraguan flavors! Perfect draw! -
light: Torched, great burn -
first impression:
great fruit tones; Chocolaty, almost salty, earth peanut tones. So complex! -
1st third:
rich and nutty now!
so smooth and complex still; Room aroma is wonderful
this one has a base flavor I can't describe, like a sweet fruity macademia nut taste
sweetness is amplifying now still in the first-third of the cigar
effortless draw
huge correction at the end of the first third -
2nd third:
nice and peppery hovering over medium; Keeping my palette excited
so smooth, the only draw back is the burn so far
the wrapper is burning very uneven
taste is getting darker at bottom of second third
flavor continues in 2nd third -
last third:
good; Taste is getting a little tarry and slightly bitter in top of 5/6
blowout!
now rich again; Fruity, rich, medium bodied finish -
final comments:
what a smoke, it's one of the best new stogies i've tried in a while! Maybe it's time to buy a box!
Subject :: Kiki brown label
Usaually very pleased with cuban crafters products however, the box of brown label kiki's i ordered came to me dried out. I am dissapointed to say the least. I was expecting more i guess. Taste is straight forward not complex. After a couple i decided to keep them around for a "golf type" smoke. Decent smoke all in all, just didn't live up the description or reviews i had read about them. Then again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Subject :: Brown label don kiki toro
I had been smoking the don kiki red labels for a while and was very satisfied but became curious about the full-bodied description of the brown label. After my first box of the brown labels, i have decided to make it my only! I've smoked a ton thru the years but never found such a tasty, robust and rich flavorful smoke at such a great price. These guys know their business and i'll be with them from now on!

Subject :: Very decent for a fair price.
This is the best value for a med-full bodied! For the next level you will easily spend close to $90.00 for 25. the longer you let them sit in the humidor the better they get!
Subject :: Tastes good
Good tasting and good aroma...2nd third of each has burn issues..very uneven.
Subject :: Rated 94 by SMOKE magazine
Rated an Excellent 94 by SMOKE magazine summer 2007 issue. Panelist 1: Not only would I suggest this but as soon as I find out what it is I will suggest it to everyone I know. 9.5 Excellent - Panelist 2: I hated to finish this. Took about an hour to savor it. A great cigar to smoke during late work nights. 9.5 Excellent - Panelist 3: There is no reason that a cigar lover or a first time smoker would not enjoy this one. 9.1 Excellent - Panelist 4: I enjoyed the blending of one flavor into another. The flavors tended to get more mild the longer you smoke. 9.4 Excellent
Subject :: What happened?
To be honest i love everything about this don kiki. I order very frequently and i am always pleased. As much as i hate to say it, i was actually a little disapointed this time. I was expecting these to be perfect. To be honest the taste of this cigar is phenomenal!!!! but the burn was out of control. It seemed as if the out leaf was not rolled tight enough to the actual filler. I really wish i could have enjoyed the cigar because it tasted so good but it took too much work to keep lit.
Subject :: Great value
A very good smoke for any price, but especially for the price. I\'ve bought four boxes of the dk brown label, and every single cigar smoked consistent. Quality of tobacco and workmanship in the construction of the cigar make this an unheralded winner. -- kw, texas
Subject :: I'm shocked!
I'd heard a lot about these, but was hesitant to buy since i thought they might be a typical bundled cigar. Boy was i wrong. Everything i look for in regards to strength and flavor this had with absolutely no harshness. The sweet, aromatic flavor, which is unique to most cuban crafter's lines - especially cupido - and is present in this cigar as well, is very well balanced by the earthiness of the corojo. Being a fan of stronger cigars, i felt the strength of this cigar in the last two inches. Any burn issues (as i've read in previous posts) went unnoticed as i was too busy enjoying the flavor. I hope cuban crafter's will make more cigars that utilize this corojo/crillo mix in the future.
Subject :: Awesome smoke!!!

Subject :: Rating is well deserved!
I received one of these in one of my past orders and I just had it. Great cigar... Very tastey and left a pleasant aftertaste. The Cigar may have been a free sample, but the experience was a gift!
Thank you Cuban Crafters... Much appreciated.
